Refined delicacy, Piedmont truffles, are appreciated all over the world for their unique taste. Meanwhile, Lviv agrarian Mikhail Kostyuk with the help of such white truffles helps plants in his garden to grow and develop faster and stronger.

On the open spaces of Michael's infield, mainly grapes and potatoes grow. Sometimes you can find beds with pepper. The lands of Kostyuk and walnut trees are generously dotted. According to farmers, he owes his harvest to a special agrarian procedure - mycorrhization.

“Mikurization is a process where a mushroom combines with a plant and nourishes its root system, thereby increasing its ability to grow and produce a good crop,” Kostyuk explains. - There are mushrooms in the ground, and I strengthen their effect with white Piedmontese truffles, which not only help other crops grow and increase yield by forty percent, but they themselves develop well in my garden. Providing grapes, walnut trees and other crops with moisture and nutrients, truffles are actively growing themselves. ”

According to Mikhail, if mycorrhization of plants is carried out in accordance with all requirements, without cultivating the soil and plants with chemistry, then fruitful truffle plantations will appear on the plot in at least five years.
