The farmers of the AgroGeneration agricultural holding have begun collecting sunflower seeds. This year, the heat in June and August prevented this oilseed from showing record yields.

At the same time, as noted in the agricultural enterprise "Donetsk", the sunflower crop is quite good. More than half of the sunflower seed crop has already been harvested in this agricultural enterprise.

The director of the enterprise, Yuri Tkach, explains that where the weather becomes an obstacle, science and modern land cultivation technologies come to the rescue. Analyzes conducted by the company's own laboratory confirm that the harvested sunflower grain is in satisfactory condition.

In a few weeks, farmers will begin harvesting corn. In addition, in the agricultural company AgroGeneration, the autumn sowing season has started. Winter wheat began to be sown in most agricultural enterprises of the holding.

A third of the planned fields have already been seeded. Agrarians are fully provided with seed, fuel and fertilizers. Therefore, all processes follow the agronomic calendar.

The only thing that does not please farmers is dry weather in the east of the country. The soil needs moisture. Work continues on the cultivation, digging and plowing of the land, where the crop has already been harvested.
