Unicrup Limited Liability Company back in 2016 began to implement a new agricultural program. We are talking about the construction of a unique plant specializing in the production of buckwheat kernel.

Over the three years of construction work on the territory of the Dankovsky district of the Lipetsk region, a large-scale complex has appeared, within the walls of which by today all starting tests and adjustment work have already been completed.

It is reported that the volume of production of the new plant may exceed forty tons of cereals daily. According to investors and project organizers, the buckwheat plant is equipped with the latest technology.

Almost every production process is carried out automatically, and the equipment in full meets the established requirements for the reception and processing of buckwheat into groats.

It is noteworthy that the production of beloved porridge by everyone begins with the cleaning of grains from litter and various impurities. This is followed by a stage in which the kernels are dried and sent to special machines, and then peeled and ground buckwheat. Next comes the sieving, after which buckwheat is obtained. It is packed and sent to a warehouse for storage and sale.

All these processes at the new factory from Unicrup will be supervised by employees with the highest qualifications.
