Unique watermelons, which, according to the developers, belong to the latest breeding products, were created by scientists from the Dutch Nunhems laboratory.

They called the new variety of large berries “Kissy easy-to-eat,” which translates as “A kiss that is easy to eat.” According to breeders, they weigh new watermelons ranging from half a kilogram to 900 grams.

“Our watermelons are small,” say the developers of the new variety. - And many can say that there are enough mini-watermelons on the market. But our product has many distinctive features! ”

For example, one of the significant differences between Kissy easy-to-eat and other watermelons is the thin peel of a dark emerald color and unusually juicy, but at the same time light pulp of an unusual pinkish-purple hue. Breeders who have revealed this variety to the world claim that the flesh of the Kissy easy-to-eat watermelons can be eaten not only with a spoon directly from a compact berry, but also beat with a blender right in the peel and enjoy the taste of an unusual cocktail.

“Our main focus group is the catering industry,” say Dutch breeders. “We intend to promote Kissy easy-to-eat as watermelons designed specifically for making cocktails!”

The moderate sweetness of the fruits of the innovative watermelon is consistent with the standards of a healthy diet, breeders emphasize.
